Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Items: If the product received is damaged upon delivery.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered.
Return Process
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
- Ensure that the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
- You will be responsible for shipping the product back to our address at your own cost.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive the returned item at our facility, we will inspect it to verify the reason for the return.
- If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 1 business day for the refund to be reflected in your account after it has been processed.
Exchange & Non-Refundable Items
Exchanges are only allowed in cases where the wrong item has been sent. In such cases, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you once the wrong item is returned.
Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Cold chain products that require special handling.
