This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Milan Medicals (“Licensor”), with a principal place of business at PID No. 53-29-18, 5th Cross, Ramanjaneya Rd, near Bus Stand, Srinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560050, and you (“Licensee”), the user of the Licensor’s website and services.
Licensor hereby grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Licensor’s website, including any content, materials, and services provided therein (the “Licensed Materials”) solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Licensee acknowledges that the Licensed Materials, including all intellectual property rights therein, are owned by Licensor or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any rights to the Licensor’s intellectual property, except as expressly stated herein.
Licensee agrees not to:
- Modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Licensed Materials without prior written permission from Licensor.
- Use the Licensed Materials for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party’s use of the website.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or any other systems or networks connected to the website.
- Term: This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will continue until terminated by either party.
- Termination: Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Licensed Materials and destroy any copies in its possession.
