Description
Zegfrovy 150 mg Tablet contains Sunvozertinib, a next-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) developed to specifically target EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Traditional EGFR inhibitors show limited efficacy against exon 20 insertion mutations, but Sunvozertinib has demonstrated strong clinical results, improving response rates and survival outcomes in previously treated patients. It works by selectively inhibiting mutant EGFR kinase activity, thereby blocking cancer cell proliferation and tumor growth.
