Emblaveo Injection
Emblaveo Injection is specifically engineered to overcome global rise of Metallo-β-Lactamases (MBLs) has rendered many traditional antibiotics useless. The Avibactam component acts as a shield, preventing bacterial enzymes from neutralizing the Aztreonam, allowing the antibiotic to successfully destroy the bacterial cell wall.

Dosage & Administration Guide

Preparation: Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with 10 mL of Sterile Water for Injection. Mix gently until dissolved.

Dilution: The reconstituted solution must be further diluted (50 mL to 250 mL) in 0.9% Sodium Chloride, 5% Dextrose, or Lactated Ringer’s.

Standard Adult Dose: A loading dose of 2.67 g, followed by a maintenance dose of 2 g every 6 hours.

Infusion Time: Administered strictly as a 3-hour slow IV infusion.

Renal Adjustment: Dosage must be adjusted for patients with impaired kidney function (CrCl ≤ 50 mL/min).
