Toujeo 300 SoloStar Injection

TOUJEO SOLOSTAR is a high-concentration, ultra-long-acting basal insulin containing Insulin Glargine. Manufactured by Sanofi, this 300 U/mL formulation is three times more concentrated than standard (U-100) insulin. Toujeo is designed to provide steady, 24-hour blood sugar control for adults and children (6 years and older) with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. Due to its unique concentration, the insulin is released more gradually, resulting in a flatter and more prolonged action profile. This significantly reduces the risk of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), especially during the night, while allowing for a smaller injection volume.
